Javier, along with his brothers [[Jesus Trunchez|Jesus]] and [[Jose Trunchez|Jose]], took control of [[The Triangle Club]] at some point after [[1999]] when the former owner [[Dwayne Forge]] was imprisoned. In [[2008]] Forge is released and hired [[Niko Bellic]] to [[Undress to Kill|kill the three brothers]]. Javier, before being killed, is frustrated at a stripper who had been pronouncing his name phonetically, rather than with an "H" sound.
