The Launch is a light patrol boat in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is only found inside the Easter Basin Naval Station in Easter Basin, San Fierro. It has a .50 calibre machine gun on the back; it, however, cannot be used by the player or any NPC, and is considered a static object. The boat's armor is purely cosmetic and will not protect it from taking damage. The speed is average, because of the "heavy" armor. Entering the Naval Base automatically gives the player a 5-star Wanted Level, which means the Launch is tricky to obtain.
