The LCPD warning page

Littlelacysurprisepageant.com is a hidden site in Grand Theft Auto IV and is a reference to the GTA:VCS radio commercial "Little Lacy Surprise" featuring Jack Howitzer. It is a sting site set up by the LCPD, and it is spoken of on Weazel News. When the player visits the site, he/she will find a warning message from LCPD saying that his/her IP address has been logged and "WE SEE ALL, WE KNOW ALL", and upon leaving the internet cafe or exiting the browser, the player will automatically get a five star wanted level.

Glitch

There is a delay before the player actually gains the five star wanted level. If the player accesses the site from a TW@ internet cafe and robs the cash register shortly after exiting the web browser, the player will only receive an one star level instead of the more lethal five stars.
