Walkthrough
This mission is a short, simple one. Head over to the taxi office in Broker and see Roman , who will be hanging out with a new meathead friend of his who just can't seem to stop exercising - Brucie Kibbutz. Roman tells Niko that he is annoyed that he can't send Niko e-mails.
Head over to the TW@ internet cafe on Oneida Avenue nearby. It's walking distance so don't bother to start ripping people out of their cars. Get inside the TW@ location. If you want, shoot the TW@ lady in the head. Use her computer or one of the other ones and get to the EyeFind Mail Service. Activate your e-mail account by replying positively or negatively to the introduction e-mail.
Leave the cafe and lose your wanted level if you have one.
Completing the 10 import missions will unlock the Order Fulfilled achivment
