Cortez has some valuable merchandise that a courier will be delivering for him. Tommy offers himself to pick it up for Cortez as a favor. Tommy drives himself to the meeting point at the Washington Mall and starts talking to the courier. However, the deal is quickly interrupted by GIGN officers. The courier runs off with the merchandise thinking that they followed Tommy to their meeting point. Tommy quickly runs after him and catches up as the courier gets on his bike. Tommy gets on a nearby bike and chases after him. Tommy catches up with the dealer and kills him, then picks up the guidance chips he dropped. While avoiding the gained police attention, Tommy makes it back to the marina and gives the guidance chips to the Colonel.
