Moweesha is a resident in Vice City who the Vice City Police Department believe is involved in dubious practices with Leo Teal. They also believe that Moweesha is paid company and is involved with other men, as well as being involved in 'bizarre' practices with a manatee. Moweesha may also have links to Eugene, Teal's other love interest.
