This is a mission given to you by the temporary leader Mikhail Faustin. In this mission, he reveals he has a daughter that betrayed him.
Walkthrough
Head over to Mikhail's house. You will see a long cutscene with Faustin and Dimitri, just skip that. Drive over to the nearby building where the couple is talking.
Get on the bike and shortly Mikhail's daughter's boyfriend will flee on a motorcycle. Chase him and unload as many bullets as you can. The game will soon tell you how to fire from a vehicle. Try to fire and kill him before he meets up with a huge gang. The mission is passed if you do so.
Otherwise, follow the gang to a forest and get cover behind a tree. Get an assault rifle or SMG out and take out all of the goons. The mission is surely passed now!
