In 1984, on the happenings of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the mansion is still owned by Diego and Armando Mendez, also known as the Mendez Brothers. The mansion is still on its beautiful state along with the other two beside it. You will always start your missions for the Mendez Brothers at this place. Though after Armando Mendez died and Diego seek refuge at the Mendez Building, the mansion fell on the hands of the Sharks. The mansion haves a swimming pool, and a tennis play ground. Also there is a Domestobot serving in the house.

Circa 1986

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which is set in 1986, the mansion is now run-down and vandalized by the Sharks with the other two recklessly torn-down. A Gang Burrito can be found parked next to the house. The player can enter the building, along with the other mansions next to it.
