Roca Escalante is one of Las Venturas' many districts, housing several restaurants and casinos such as the V-Rock Hotel and Casino, based on the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. This district is also where the Las Venturas Police Department (LVPD) are headquartered.

The district is featured several times in the game, such as during the Cop Wheels mission; CJ steals a police motorcycle that may belong to an officer working in the LVPDHQ.
