The Sobell Rail Yards in eastern Las Venturas

The Sobell Rail Yards are a grouping of storage buildings for trains, and are part of the Brown Streak Railroad. The yards contain no trains, and are never vistited by trains moving along the railroad, and exist solely as a seemingly unused storage medium for locomotives.
