Solid Gold, Baby!

Solid Gold, Baby! is an achievement/trophy in Grand Theft Auto V, which is earned after obtained gold medal completion in seventy missions and Strangers and Freaks missions. The player can obtain a gold medal for the missions by obtaining certain requirements via multiple play throughs, using the mission replay feature. The requirements for the five rampage missions for Trevor Philips, however, must be obtained in a single play through.
