The Fixer's Assassinations

Following Phil Bell's first mission, he will call Niko stating that someone has some side-jobs for him. A man known as "The Fixer" wants Niko to assassinate some enemies.

To start these missions, go to a pay-phone and call "The Fixer", who will provide information on where the target is.

Missions

  • Water Hazard: The target is in a boat anchored just off shore. Killing the target (a woman) is difficult, so you may want to use an RPG to send her down with the ship.
