The USS Numnutz based off the USS Nimitz is a submarine found in San Fierro in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is unenterable and serves purely as a piece of scenery. The name USS Numnutz is a spoof of the USS Nimitz - and also is pronounced numb nuts which is slang for someone who is regarded with having below-average IQ.
