Waylon Mason is an advocate of holistic medicine and home remedies who appears as a guest on Public Liberty Radio in Grand Theft Auto IV and the Episodes from Liberty City. He presumably killed Sheila Stafford and Wilson Taylor Sr. when Waylon drilled holes in their heads at the end of the Pacemaker segment.
