This is a list of weapons that appear in Grand Theft Auto V, which can be seen in the official GTA V trailer. Weapons currently listed may not appear in the final version of the game, with the exception of the protagonists fists.
Weapons in GTA V
Fists
Fists have always been in Grand Theft Auto. Fists are the unarmed resort to fighting, which can be very helpful in early missions. It is unknown what type of fighting capabilities you will have, but it is likely that the fighting capabilities from GTA IV could return.
Golf Club
A golf club is first seen at the 0:17 second mark in the first GTA V trailer. It is possible it will come back as a weapon since Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which is also in Los Santos, have had golf clubs as weapons before.
Pistol
A pistol has always been a weapon throughout the GTA series. The pistol is first seen at 1:07 in an officers holster. It closely resembles a Glock. If this is true, then the Glock model could be either a 17, 19, 21, 21SF, 22, 23, 34, or 35 as in the real life LAPD use one of these models.
Unknown Pistol
An unidentifiable pistol is seen in a gameplay screenshot in the hands of Trevor. From what can be seen of it, the shape hints toward a Desert Eagle, a USP MK23, or an FN FNP 45.
Ruger MP-9
A gameplay screenshot shows Trevor wielding a Ruger MP-9 machine pistol while driving a lifeguard jetski. While it can easily be mistaken for a Micro-Uzi, it can be made out by the slanted magazine and downward-pointing stock. It is unknown what its pseudonym will be in-game; more than likely either SMG or Micro-SMG similar to previous titles.
AK-47
What appears to be a Norinco Type 56-2 appears in the trailer at 0:48, it has several accessories on it, including a flashlight, a hand guard-mounted scope and most notably what seems to be a suppressor which could indicate that more weapon customization will be introduced in the next installment of GTA.
M4A1
Artwork of Michael and the front cover of GameInformer's GTA V article depict him and Trevor respectively holding an M4A1 assault rifle modified with a scope and suppressor. While it is simply artwork and may not appear in the actual game, AR-15 rifles have appeared in almost every GTA game to date, making it likely that it will return in GTA V.
Tavor TAR-21
A TAR-21 assault rifle can be seen in the hands of Michael in a gameplay screenshot depicting him sidegunning from a helicopter. It appears to have an olive-drab finish.
Mossberg 500
A Mossberg 500 pump action shotgun is wielded by Trevor in a gameplay screenshot. It has been modified with a shortened barrel and retractable stock.
Sniper Rifle
Appearance in artwork of the game.
