Ill-Gotten is a mission in Grand Theft Auto Advance given to protagonist Mike by Vinnie from Momma's Restaurante in Saint Mark's, Portland, Liberty City.
Mission
Vinnie informs Mike that the Mafia (likely the Leone Family) need some protection money collected and that Mike is going to have to collect it. Mike drives to an alley in Saint Mark's (or Portland Beach) and then drives to a car park in Trenton, where he has to kill two men armed with baseball bats, before collecting a second briefcase. Mike then drives to an alleyway, where he is ambushed by a dealer and his three associates, who he kills before collecting a third briefcase. Mike returns to Momma's Restaurant and gives the briefcase to Vinnie, to give to the Mafia, telling him that the dealers in Trenton are no longer afraid of the Mafia.
Script
Vinnie: Listen up. The Mafia needs us to collect some protection money for them. You need to go to Trenton where they don't take kindly to strangers. They will be expecting Frederico, so watch yourself.
Mike: What's this got to do with us getting out of the city?
Vinnie: You ask too many questions, you know? Just don't mess up like Federico did and the Mafia will help us out.
(Mike drives to a location and picks up a briefcase)
Mike: No trouble here. This is going to be a piece of cake.
(Mike drives to another location)
Mike: Looks like trouble.
(Mike picks up the second briefcase)
Mike: What's Vinnie got me collecting blood money for?
(Mike drives to a third location)
Dealer: Yo! You're not the normal guy - Where's Freddy?
Mike: He's been 'retired' from his collecting duties. The Mafia's put me in charge of this route. Hand over the briefcase.
Dealer: That won't be happening. The Mafia doesn't run this neighborhood any more. We do. This is our money!
(Mike kills the dealer and picks up the third briefcase)
Mike: Damn, the Mafia doesn't seem to get much respect around here.
(Mike returns to Momma's Restaurant)
Vinnie: Nice job, Mike! I'll take those briefcases. The Mafia's going to be real happy about this.
Mike: Vinnie, I got jumped and almost ended up in the gutter. Those Trenton hoods aren't worried about crossing the Mafia.
Vinnie: No kidding? I'll make sure I bring this to their attention.
