If the Player Does not kill him before he Reaches his Buffalo, then you will have to give chase and eventually, he go to a underground Parking area, to where more FBI agents and himself firing at you with [[Micro-SMG]].

Strangely, when the helicopter of the FBI agent and the player's helicopter passed over [[Area 69]], it does not acquire any police's stars, and it is not shot at by the [[Surface-to-Air Missile]]'s.
