			* I think GTA 5 should be based in a city based off New Orleans. The main character could possibly be a Latino drug lord, a Italian mobster (probably best option because of New Orleans long Italian mafia history), a Russian hit man who works for the Italians, or a Dixie mafia member. There could be a lot of possibilities for a city based upon New Orleans. GTA 5 should have new game play features, like car customization, create a mansion, extorting random businesses, airports (so the player can maybe go to different locations for business or just to visit, and the ability to start a relationship with any women and maybe marry and have kids with and have them put into the story based upon their personality.
