'''Dwayne's Bodyguard''', also known among some fans as '''Dwayne's Hobo Friend''', is, as the name states, the personal bodyguard of former [[North Holland Hustlers]] leader [[Dwayne Forge]] in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]]. Dwayne's Bodyguard is armed with a [[baseball bat]] and is fiercely loyal and protective to Dwayne, and is willing to attack anybody who attempts to hurt or kill him. In the mission [[The Holland Play]], if the player chooses to kill Dwayne under orders from [[PlayBboy X]], his bodyguard will emerge from a side door in Dwayne's Apartment armed with a baseball bat and attempt to kill Niko. Dwayne's bodyguard resembles a typical street hobo and is possibly a crack user and/or dealer, as Dwayne deals crack cocaine.
