In addition, [[Rockstar Games]] have stated in the past that they do not like the idea have having children or small animals in their games however in another video also made by Rockstar Games in Red Dead Redemption you had the ability to kill dogs and other animals although killing dogs in towns was "frowned" upon and you got a wanted status, maybe the same rules would apply in GTA V.
