I've added a new bot function that you can use yourself, at [[Special:MassEditRegex]]. Instructions are [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MassEditRegex here]. You can use this to mass-replace templates, categories etc on any list of pages you want (such as a list of pages already in the category you want to change. I've also added [[Special:ReplaceText]] which you can use on ALL pages in one go. Just be careful, and test it on a test/sandbox page before running, especially if you aren't familiar with RegEx!
