'''Mr. Whittaker''' is a minor character in [[Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas]]. He operates the [[RS Haul]] company out of [[Flint County]]. Mr. Whittaker does speak, although the voice actor was not creditted in the game manual. Mr. Whittaker runs the RS Haul company in Flint County, and is an associate of [[Catalina]]. This can be seen in the mission [[Tanker Commander]], when Catalina and [[Carl Johnson]] dropped off a tanker full of gas to him. Mr. Whittaker distributes both legal and illegal products with RS Haul, and later employs Carl Johnson to help deliver products around the [[State of San Andreas]] within a time limit, a damage limit and/or with police chasing the truck. Mr. Whittaker then has the RS Haul in Flint County be an asset to Carl Johnson.
