I cant find this damn car anywere!!
You can only obtain it in one location. It's where you start lowrider competitions. You must also have importing/exporting unlocked, available after you complete the mission Customs Fast Track. If you already exported it, you must import it.
Also, it spawns rarely around Willowfield. Other than that, the chance of finding one is slim to none. --Montybrady 19:22, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
