What is this page about? I'm sure that the meet place in the [[Guardian Angels]] mission is not what this is referring to (and that's what it says it's referring to). Proof? This page also calls that area a Multistory Carpark (which the meet place is not). Is this about the carpark where Tommy meets Lance BEFORE the meet? This page really needs some work!
