What is this page about? I'm sure that the meet place in the Guardian Angels mission is not what this is referring to (and that's what it says it's referring to). Proof? This page also calls that area a Multistory Carpark (which the meet place is not). Is this about the carpark where Tommy meets Lance BEFORE the meet? This page really needs some work!
