Re: Unfair Wiki

Unfortnately, there seems to be no way we can get Wikia to remove their copy of the site. The licencing means that anyone can take a copy, and they have chosen to keep operating their copy. What is unfair is when they try to pretend to be us, and stop visitors from coming to this site. They stopped us from having a link to our wiki on their homepage, and instead we're only allowed one on the Oasis page. Wikia says that some people may 'choose' to use their site, when in fact they just want as many people as possible to visit their site (instead of ours) to make money from the advertising. However you help those people come to this site is up to you :) Gboyers 13:33, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
