Hi there! You can download a copy of the wiki's database at Special:Statistics. You should click request database dump to get a current version, and then download it when it's ready (I have already clicked request for you). You can then upload that dump to a MediaWiki installation of your own, or ask a wiki farm to do it for you, though users will need to sign up for a new account at the new wiki. As for wiki farms, I personally recommend hosting your wiki personally (like GTW does), that way, you have full control. However, if you don't want to pay for that, or don't know much about PHP, MySQL, etc. then perhaps a wiki farm is best, though I can't recommend one.
Also, I was not involved in the technical aspects of the move of GTW, so if you require more detailed assistance, I'm happy to help out as much as I can, but perhaps User:Gboyers, the founder of GTW, could provide more help, as he was responsible for moving GTW?
