The Vinewood Casino is a casino located on Mirror Park Boulevard in East Vinewood, Los Santos, next to the Vinewood Racetrack in GTA V. It is based on the Hollywood Park Casino in Inglewood, California. The building appears to have been under construction prior to the events of Grand Theft Auto V, because there is a large banner over its entrance that reads "Opening Soon". It plays no role in the storyline whatsoever and is inaccessible to the player.
Trivia
There is a scene with Trevor after switching characters where he is being kicked out of the casino for either counting cards, getting a hand job under the table, or not wearing pants on the casino floor. This would imply that the casino is open, even though it is not accessible by the player.
