The Cedar Ridge Observatory is an observatory in Liberty City in the GTA III Era. It is located in Cedar Grove, Shoreside Vale. The observatory is inaccessible. If the player manages to reach there, the ground will not be solid. The observatory is featured on Rockstar's site for GTA3.
