Hotring is one of the three events that takes place at Hyman Memorial Stadium. In this mission, Tommy drives a Hotring Racer and must complete the race, comming 1st, 2nd or 3rd. There is a pit for fixing a damaged car, and trying to expolde the other cars doesn't work, as they just respawn.
