It says here and in other players on the wiki that the Rhino is unlocked in VCS after the mission Over the Top, but many of the guides and message board users on GameFAQs say that it is unlocked after Last Stand. - After having check RARusk's FAQ for GTA Vice City Stories, I would think that the article is incorrect so I'll change it. Thanks for bringing this up! A-Dust 20:17, 6 May 2012 (UTC)
