There ARE NO REWARDS FOR 100% COMPLETION IN GTA III. The pickups you will get and the Borgnine taxi are rewards of Vehicle Missions/Collectibles. --DT-boy 05:23, 18 April 2009 (UTC)

This is definitely not required for 100%. I have 100% and I've never completed the Securicar Garage. The reason I'm mentioning it here is that I'm not sure whether it should be removed, or whether it should be kept but with a note saying it is not required to get 100% on the stats screen.
