The NOOSE armored personnel carrier is a large four-wheeled armored vehicle slated to appear in The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV. The name for this vehicle is not yet known.
Description
As the The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC intends to return to the over-the-top style of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the APC was created for the game in a similar design as the SWAT Tank in GTA San Andreas. In place of the SWAT Tank's water cannon is an turret that is fully rotatable and loaded with explosive rounds.
