Deborah Ann Harry (born July 1, 1945, in Miami, Florida) is an American singer-songwriter and actress who originally gained fame as the frontwoman for the new wave band Blondie. She provided the voice of Kaufman Cabs dispatcher Delores in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. In addition, she has also collaborated with Giorgio Moroder for the song "Rush Rush", which is heard on Flashback FM in Grand Theft Auto III.
