When Casa found out about this he stopped paying protection to the Leone Family. And for this he was brutally murdered by Toni, and his guts were delivered to his own store to sell.

Giovanni's Deli is run by Leone Family associate Giovanni Casa. and is located in Chinatown. Giovanni Casa stops paying protection to Ma Cipriani, leading her to send her son Toni to murder Casa. Casa's corpse was then cut up and sold to his own deli.
