Random characters are a group of minor characters found in GTA IV. They can be found standing on the street while Niko Bellic drives around, and their presences are indicated by small blue human icons. They provide Niko with small story bits and minor missions to do. The Xbox 360 achievement "No More Strangers" involves locating all of them and helping each one out fully.
