The Spanish Lords are primarily a Puerto Rican gang which is a play-on of the Latin Kings, a Latin gang based in New York. They only appear in Grand Theft Auto IV. They are one of the largest, most influential criminal organizations which operates in GTA IV, it's turf is in 4 main areas; South Bohan, Cerveza Heights, East Holland and Alderney City. Some notable former members of the gang include Manny Escuela, Lyle Rivas, Alonzo and Teddy Benavidez. Like the Latin Kings, they wear yellow and black though they almost always wear clothing featuring the Puerto Rican Flag and T-Shirts with "Boricua" on them, in addition to their gang colours. Most often, the Spanish Lords are seen driving in cars with Metallic Red with Gold rims and trim.

As well as this they can be seen wearing yellow and black, they will always wear either of these (so if they aren't wearing yellow or black then they'll be wearing the Puerto Rican flag colors and vice versa, sometimes both together). They sometimes wear yellow or Puerto Rican bandanas, and they sometimes wear gold chains or yellow and black beads around their necks, but these come in different colours. They could be black and blue, black and purple, black and red or just black as well as black and yellow. However, there is one bead chain that's different from the others and it's always black and yellow; it'ss different from the others because the "stripes" are smaller.

Members often have "Pitchfork" or “Crown” tattoos on their neck/head, which along with the black and yellow beads, are symbols of The People & Folk Nations, specifically the People Nation. The People & Folk Nations aren't gangs, they are alliances under which gangs are aligned.

They come in three main "looks" it seems, theres the little, fat, baldy men with black tops and gold chains (they look a bit like Manny Escuela), there's the taller, fatish, dark haired men who are usually found with a big moustache who wear puffy coats and Puerto Rican colours and there's the younger, slim looking ones with yellow or white t-shirts with yellow/blue/red caps on or baseball jackets.

They have territory on all of the main islands, which makes them a very powerful gang in Liberty City. They have a high presence in their territory; you always see high numbers of them when on their turf.
