This is a list of all the police departments in the GTA games.

LCPD in GTA III Era - A Liberty City-based police department as depicted in the GTA III Era, particularly Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.

LCPD in GTA IV Era - A Liberty City-based police department as depicted in the GTA IV Era, particularly Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

Vice City Police Department (VCPD) - Police department based in Vice City in GTA III Era particularly Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

San Andreas Police Department (SAPD) - Police department based in the State of San Andreas in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) - Police department based in Los Santos in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

San Fierro Police Department (SFPD) - Police department based in San Fierro in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Las Venturas Police Department (LVPD) - Police department based in Las Venturas in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Biker Police - SAPD policemen who are seen riding HPV-1000 in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

Country/Desert Police - Police department based in Red County, Flint County, Whetstone, Tierra Robada and Bone County in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
