Scott Hill
Scott Hill is a voice actor, musician and artist who provided the voice of The Lost Brotherhood Vice President Johnny Klebitz in Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. He has also appeared in his Styling the Past documentary.
