The Santa Maria Beach Safehouse is a home and safe house used and owned by Carl Johnson during Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The home costs $30,000 and is available for purchase from the start of San Andreas. The home is located in Santa Maria Beach, Los Santos and is on the beach front. The home has a garage, which can store a maximum of four vehicles. However, when four vehicles are stored in the garage some vehicles may disappear. The house does not have an upstairs but allows the player to change Carl's clothes in the wardrobe and save their progress.
