Loco Lo Co. is a mod shop that customizes lowriders except pedestrian vehicles and tuners. With this feature, you can add 3 sets of custom Paint Jobs (each different lowriders has its own unique custom paint Jobs) and you can also customize the colors. You can even customize the interiors and the exteriors (except the Voodoo and Tahoma) for greater appearances. You can also add custom exhausts, wheels nitors, including hydraulics to enter the lowrider competition. It is located at the cul-de-sac in Willowfield, Los Santos.
