When you are roaming around Liberty City, you will receive a call from Ray Boccino, saying he knows a guy who knows where Florian Gravic lives. First things first, You will need to pick up Roman, and drive over to where Talbot Daniels is standing. He will take a ride with you, giving you directions around Algonquin. You will have to drive carefully or Talbot will ask you to slow you down. You will arrive at a big-estate apartment in Cerveza Heights. You threaten Florian Gravic, but he has changed his phisique, and now calls himself Bernie Crane.
The title Weekend at Florian's is based on the old movie Weekend at Bernie's and their is a refrence to this when Florian insists that his name is Bernie.
