Brother Leroy

Brother Leroy is a character in Grand Theft Auto 1 who is a member of the Rastas group in Vice City. He is a suicide bomber who has the protagonist drive him to a hotel in Richman Heights, where he detonates a bomb. Brother Leroy is a member of the Brotherhood of Jah Army of Love gang.
