Don Peyote

Don Peyote is a mission from The Truth. The name is a play on the literary character Don Quioxte and the drug peyote.

Walkthrough

The mission begins as The Truth tells the player retrieve two of his drug addled buddies. Appearantly his buddies were faking their death by hiding in the desert. Grab a car and hit the road. It's a long, long, long... drive. Most likely, by the time the player reaches the two, they will have wrecked a car or two (this is assumed because It's a long drive AND it takes the player through a rough terrain). When the player picks up the druggies they are too exhausted to walk and thus the player collects a vehicle. They tell the player to stop off at some ghost town bar. Almost immediately it's patrons will chase the player out. Ether kill them or get in a car chase. The stoners tell the player to take them to "Rosies". It is a casino in Las Venturas. Head there for an interesting cutscene.

Tips

• Be a very careful driver if wanting to save time from having to find another car in the desert.
• Bring a vehicle BEFORE driving to the desert. There isn't enough traffic near the desert to just grab one.
• Kill the guys at the bar to avoid a very hard car chase.
• Don't tip the car over near the military base. If the player gets too far away from those idiots they lose the mission and the stoners demand a car or else they won't walk.
• Use cheat codes to spawn vehicles if you're too stumped. Good Luck.
