The Dumper is the largest land-based vehicle on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. As with the other heavy machinery, it is part of the DUDE company. It is a slow moving vehicle, but has the effects of the Rhino tank. One can be found in Hunter Quarry in San Andreas. The truck has a working back, so it isn't a novelty vehicle, and due to the size of the wheels, it can replace even a Monster Truck.
