Fish in a Barrel is a mission given by blind San Fierro Triad leader Wu Zi Mu to protagonist Carl Johnson.
Plot
This is technically a cutscene, and not a mission where you have to do a task.
Carl enters a room with Ran Fa Li. Woozie asks them to sign papers. After they had do so, Woozie has proclaimed them partners in managing and owning The Four Dragons Casino.
