The Little Willie is a mini helicopter available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. It has working machine guns that fire when the circle button is held down. It's name is a reference to the famous Gyrocopter "Little Nelly" used by Sean Connery's 007 in the film, "You Only Live Twice."
The World's first tank was also named Little Willie in 1915.
