The Mafia Sentinel is a gang version of the Sentinel used by the Leones in GTA III. Like a fine Italian sports car, it accelerates fast, and thus is ideal for street racing. the Sentinel resembles a mid-90's Mercedes Benz. In GTA: Liberty City Stories, the vehicle is named the Leone Sentinel, as a rival Mafia gang is in town, the Sindacco Family.

- Two outside Salvatore's Mansion, just north-west of Saint Mark's.
- In an alleyway opposite the Mafia rampage, central Saint Mark's.
After completing all storyline missions in Portland, it is extremely unsafe to travel into Mafia territory. Be very careful when borrowing their car!

- Ma Cipriani's house, Saint Mark's
- Outside Salvatore's Mansion, just north-west of Saint Mark's.
