'''Marnie Allen''' (born in [[1987]]) is a character in the [[HD Universe]] who appears as a random character in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]] and a minor character in [[Grand Theft Auto V]]. She is voiced by [[Reyna de Courcy]].

Marnie Allen was born to unnamed parents in [[1987]] and raised in the [[United States of America|American Midwest]] where she was a cheerleader with dreams of becoming an actress. In [[2005]], aged eighteen, she moved to [[Liberty City in GTA IV Era|Liberty City]] to pursue her dream but was immediately conned into appearing in internet porn by [[Joseph Kaplan]]. She later became a heroin addict, stating Kaplan was responsible for her addiction, and quickly began a two-bag-per-day habit. She turned to panhandling, stealing and [[prostitutes|prostitution]] in [[2006]] to support her increasing drug use, working for a [[Peru]]vian pimp in [[Acter]], [[Alderney]]. She was arrested by the [[LCPD in GTA IV Era|Liberty City Police Department]] for petit larceny and prostitution in 2006 and once again in [[2007]] for possessing heroin, with her drug addiction now at five bags per day.

She refused to enter a rehabilitation facility and was released on the streets of Liberty City. In [[2008]] she met [[Niko Bellic]] while panhandling and asked for him to drive her to a drug dealer across town. Niko meets her once again and drives her to a train station after she agrees to return to her parents in the Midwest to become clean. Niko gave her [[Money|$]]500 to help her and later hears from her via email. She explains that she had returned home, living with her parents, and had started to attend college to become a psychologist. By [[2013]] Marnie had, seemingly, dropped out of college and moved to [[Los Santos in GTA V|Los Santos]] where she joined the influential [[Epsilon Program]]. She is employed by [[Cris Formage]], the cults leader, as a recruiter and is becomes the primary contact for [[Michael De Santa]] should the player decide to have him join the cult.
