Michael David Rapaport (born March 20, 1970 in New York City, New York) is an American actor, voice actor and comedian who voiced Joey Leone in Grand Theft Auto III. He also voiced undercover cop-turned-chief of police Troy Bradshaw in Saints Row and Saints Row 2, and has appeared in such television shows as Prison Break, The War at Home, and Boston Public.
